The Georgia Department of Natural Resources - Wildlife Resources Division is a great tool for exploring more on Georgia's wildlife.  On their site you can find information about hunting & fishing, licenses, and living with wildlife (including what to do about injured/orphaned wildlife).  They also have great educational resources available online.
Visit their website HERE.

The University of Georgia's Savannah River Ecology Laboratory website is a top resource for statewide information on Georgia's reptiles and amphibians.  Learn about characteristics, behavior, range, habitat, and more for all of the different turtles, snakes, frogs, salamanders, lizards, and the American alligator.
