Wildlife Wildlands

The original Wildlife Wildlands was a radio show program on WRGA that ran from 2003 until 2009 and was hosted by local news reporter Doug Walker and the late Ted Touchstone, a wildlife biologist for the Georgia Department of Natural Resources.  Their love for wildlife and natural resources coupled with their passion to discuss current conservation topics led to a successful program that reached thousands of listeners.  With the blessings of Doug and the family of Ted, the Rome-Floyd E.C.O. Center has revived Wildlife Wildlands as a video feed and recording.  It currently airs on the Rome-Floyd E.C.O. Center's Facebook page the last Friday of the month at 9:00am where Director Ben Winkelman and guests continue to discuss important natural resource topics.

Previously aired and recorded sessions are available below.
